Interior design studios, architecture practices, hospitality operators and their appointed procurement teams. We verify each application against a business registration and, where relevant, a design or architecture credential.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are verified within two working days. You'll receive an email once your account is activated with pricing and your account manager's details.
How do I get trade pricing?
Trade pricing is confirmed on account approval and shared directly with your account manager — it isn't published on the site, since it's tiered by project volume.
Can I order samples before applying?
Yes. Samples are available to anyone through the sample request list; a trade account is not required to request swatches.
What are your lead times?
Lead times are stated per piece on each product page, typically 6–12 weeks from order confirmation. We confirm a firm date against your purchase order at the point of sale.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Yes, across the region. Freight and installation are quoted per project once we have your delivery address and site access details.
